We provide in-depth training for your team, whether you have 1 or 100 users, and it comes standard with every implementation of OrderMotion products. In addition, we provide a wealth of online training resources that are available 24/7 to all our clients at our Customer Learning Center. Select from videos, Webinars, skills workshops, white papers, and user forums. OrderMotion offers a variety of customer care options, and for some organizations that lack the time, expertise or staff, these options are an affordable way to access OrderMotion's experienced Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing experts without the expense of hiring and training full-time staff. There are three Customer Care Options: Self-Guided, Consult Care, and Managed Care.

Self-Guided
This option is the standard package for all OrderMotion customers and is designed for those that prefer to learn on their own. Choose from a variety of online resources available 24/7 at our Learning Center, including: Training videos, Webinars, skills workshops, white papers, and customer forums. When needed, customers can add services on an "A La Carte" basis.

Consult Care
Designed for customers seeking additional guidance and support from our Professional Services Team, beyond typical customer support. Our Direct-to-Consumer experts are made available once a year for 360°Account Reviews. You can also expect preferential queuing for "A La Carte" services, such as Customized Reports and Campaigns.
