This option is the standard package for all OrderMotion customers and is designed for those that prefer to learn on their own. Choose from a variety of online resources available 24/7 at our Learning Center, including: Training videos, Webinars, skills workshops, white papers, and customer forums. When needed, customers can add services on an "A La Carte" basis.

Consult Care
Designed for customers seeking additional guidance and support from our Professional Services Team, beyond typical customer support. Our Direct-to-Consumer experts are made available once a year for 360°Account Reviews. You can also expect preferential queuing for "A La Carte" services, such as Customized Reports and Campaigns.

Managed Care
A dedicated Account Team and a Customer Support Engineer will meet with you four (4) times throughout the year to provide 360° Account Reviews, Direct-to-Consumer Growth Roadmaps, and Early Release Planning and Execution services. Best of all, you will have a dedicated amount of time per year for account management, to use as you wish.
