Cyber Monday 2007 Sets Record Breaking Sales for OrderMotion® Customers Representing 1,100 Unique Retail Sites

Single Biggest Transaction Volume Day in the History of OrderMotion Shows that Small and Medium Sized Businesses are Enjoying Significant Growth in Niche Markets

Boston, Massachusetts—November 28, 2007—OrderMotion, Inc., the pioneer and leading provider of on-demand, order and customer management services designed specifically for the small and medium sized merchant, announced that Cyber Monday (November 26, 2007) marked the single highest transaction volume day in the company’s history. Sales numbers for Cyber Monday 2007 for OrderMotion merchant customers rose sharply with a 22% increase in transactions and a 48% increase in revenues compared to Cyber Monday 2006. Additionally, the average order value (AOV) rose 21% compared to Cyber Monday 2006. For the month of November 2007 leading up to Cyber Monday, OrderMotion merchant customers experienced a 7% increase in transaction volume and were reporting a 22% increase in revenue over the same period in 2006 with an average order value increase of 21%.

The company’s OrderMotion Index is an industry benchmark that tracks transaction information for more than 1,100 retail brands of small-to-medium-sized businesses across the United States. Unlike other surveys, such as the U.S. Commerce Department’s, which focus on the overall economic picture, the OrderMotion Index drills down to provide actual sales figures for small-to-medium-sized merchants. This is the most accurate, real-time data available for small-to-medium-sized online retail sales. Merchants look to the OrderMotion Index to gauge the market as they introduce new products and make investments in new e-commerce infrastructure.

Last week comScore predicted that Cyber Monday was expected to surpass $700 million in online spending, making it the heaviest online spending day on record. Based on actual customer sales figures, the OrderMotion Index confirmed that November 26, 2007 was a record breaking sales event in the history of the OrderMotion Index and the 1,100 unique brands that it tracks. For example, customers such as TigerGPS.com experienced a significant increase in transactions on Cyber Monday 2007 compared to Cyber Monday 2006.

“Cyber Monday always brings surprises, and fortunately OrderMotion is never one of them,” said Derek Kleinow, President of TigerGPS.com. “Their stable order management solution helps us effectively manage the increased volume, so we can focus on selling.”

“We are proud to acknowledge that on the heaviest transaction day in our company’s history, our customers had no problem processing the extra sales volume on Cyber Monday and shows the continued growth and success of niche markets as well as the shift of customer’s wallets to the online channel,” said Donny Askin, Chief Executive Officer, OrderMotion, Inc. “With our unique hosted, order and customer management solution, we can offer a level of functionality and dependability to our small and medium sized businesses that allow them to effectively compete with the large retail sites. And on a day like Cyber Monday, that dependability is paramount.”
