Marty Fahey
Chief Executive Officer

Marty has a successful track record in growing best-of-class technology companies in emerging markets. He has held executive positions in a wide range of technology organizations and has lead several successful Web-based companies over the last 15 years including Webhire (acquired by Kenexa) and Zingku (acquired by Google). Webhire was an early pioneer in the Web-based software arena and, at its peak, attracted over a thousand corporate customers. Marty has extensive experience building, scaling and monetizing businesses similar to OrderMotion. Earlier in his career Marty was one of the first thirty employees at Lotus Development where he served in a number of executive roles including General Manager of the Spreadsheet Division and General Manager of the Advanced Products Group.

Patrick M. Puck

Patrick is a recognized leader in retail, software and Web-based software technology. As Chief Technology Officer, Patrick leverages his background in large-scale mail order solutions and processes as well as call center, data entry, warehouse and IT implementations supporting retail commerce. Patrick has developed and implemented all aspects of the OrderMotion service including design, application development, database construction and management, and back-end programming. As Chief Security Officer, Patrick has designed the system and processes to achieve the highest credit-card and data processing standards possible – attaining PCI and SAS70 certification for OrderMotion.

Linda Whitney

Linda Whitney is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in strategically aligning company business objectives with aggressive financial goals. Prior to becoming CFO of OrderMotion, Linda served as Corporate Controller and acting CFO at Gensym, a public software company. She has also held a variety of financial posts including CFO, Controller and Director of Strategic Planning for software and high technology companies such as Webhire, Defense Group Incorporated and Raytheon.

Bruce Needle
Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Bruce brings over 20 years sales management and direct sales experience to OrderMotion. He is responsible for all direct sales activities, and is building a dynamic sales team that can work closely with e-Commerce retailers looking to scale operations and improve business processes. Bruce brings a strong combination of experience in both Web-based and enterprise software companies. Prior to OrderMotion, Bruce was at cMarket, the leader in on-demand online auction fundraising where he was instrumental in helping the company grow their revenue by over 250 percent. He also spent five years with Data Direct Technologies and 10 years at Computer Corporation of America, where he held a variety of leadership and sales positions.
