Marty Fahey has a successful track record in growing best-of-class technology companies in emerging markets. He has held executive positions in a wide range of technology organizations and has led several successful web-based companies over the last 15 years including Webhire (acquired by Kenexa) and Zingku (acquired by Google). Webhire was an early pioneer in the Web-based software arena with over a thousand corporate customers. Marty has extensive experience building, scaling and monetizing businesses similar to OrderMotion. Earlier in his career, he was one of the early employees at Lotus Development where he served in a number of executive roles including General Manager of the Spreadsheet Division and General Manager of the Advanced Products Group.

Patrick M. Puck

Patrick Puck is a recognized leader in retail, software and web-based software technology. As Chief Technology Officer, Patrick leverages his background in large-scale mail order solutions and processes as well as call center, data entry, warehouse and IT implementations supporting retail commerce. He has been integral to the development and implementation of the OrderMotion products and services, offering expertise in graphic design, application development, database construction and management, and back-end programming. As Chief Security Officer, Patrick has designed the system and processes to achieve the highest credit-card and data processing standards possible – attaining PCI and SAS70 certification for OrderMotion.

Terry Halloran is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in strategically aligning company business objectives with aggressive financial goals. Prior to becoming CFO of OrderMotion, Terry served as Vice President, Finance and Administration and CFO at Zmags Corporation. He has held the same title for a variety of software and high technology companies such as StreamBase Systems Inc, Millennial Net, Inc. and HighGround Systems, Inc.

Wendy LaHaye’s extensive knowledge of and executive experience in e-commerce and technology significantly expands OrderMotion’s product offerings. As Chief Product Officer, Wendy oversees all aspects of product strategy and customer relationships. Prior to OrderMotion, she was a co-founder of n2N Commerce, a SaaS-based e-commerce company, where she led product strategy and partner integration. Wendy also served as the VP of Technology at Limited Brands Direct, a leader in specialty apparel merchandising. She has a strong consulting background from Digitas, Inc. and Fidelity Investments where she held a number of product management and consulting positions.

Jane Schloth brings to OrderMotion 15 years as a direct response executive and has a comprehensive understanding of all elements of the direct response television (DRTV) industry. Prior to joining OrderMotion, Jane was President and Executive Producer at Cesari Direct, and has worked on many campaigns including: George Foreman® Grill, Juiceman® Juicer, Clorox® Ready Mop®, and Microsoft® TV Photo Viewer. Jane will use her extensive experience in the direct response market to expand OrderMotion’s brand, market position and partner relationships within the D2C industry.

Michaella Cox-Harkey has 14 years of technology and Direct Response (DR) industry expertise and her extensive knowledge of both markets makes her uniquely qualified as OrderMotion's Vice President of Sales. Michaella gained her business acumen from prior positions, including: Director of Sales at LiveOps Call Center, Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Dynamic TV Marketing, Vice President of Direct Response at Westgate Financial, President of eBound Strategies, as well as Director of Strategic Marketing at NetDelivery. Michaella's role at OrderMotion is to increase market share, revenue generation and new business prospects.

Ben Ardito brings to OrderMotion 18 years of extensive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing. Prior to joining OrderMotion, Mr. Ardito was Vice President of Professional Services at e-Dialog®, a provider of advanced email and multi-channel marketing solutions. Throughout his 10 years at e-Dialog, Ardito and his client team provided strategic guidance to brands such as Dell™, Major League Baseball™, Office Max®, and Petco™. As an integral part of OrderMotion's executive team, Ardito will focus on client satisfaction, retention and growth.
