Marty Fahey
Chief Executive Officer, OrderMotion

Marty brings to his position as CEO and board member of OrderMotion a strong entrepreneurial spirit combined with an avid interest in startups and technology turn-around opportunities. He has extensive experience as a CEO of both public and private companies, such as: Webhire, Zingku, Inc., Vertigo Development and Lotus Development. His in-depth understanding of technical environments and managing technology groups combined with his keen aptitude in sales, marketing, business development and product management makes him ideally suited to guide OrderMotion’s growth. Marty’s other interests include: ecommerce, Direct Response TV (D2C marketing), video multi-media technologies, software as a service (SaaS) models and mobile applications.

Conor Mullett

Conor Mullett is Co-founder of Updata Partners. Conor has approximately twenty years of private equity investment experience with a dedicated focus on information technology related opportunities since the mid 1990s. He has invested in a broad range of information technology sectors and is currently most actively focused on investing in internet related opportunities in sectors such as ecommerce and digital media and other solutions including marketing automation, information and data services and payment related technologies.
Prior to joining Updata, Conor was a Senior Vice President with William E. Simon & Sons, a New Jersey and California-based private equity firm founded by the former Treasury Secretary, where he was involved in a broad variety of sectors and initiated a focus on an IT driven investment strategy. At Simon, and earlier as a member of GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group, Conor had been instrumental in financing the growth and acquisition of public and private companies aggregating hundreds of millions of dollars of market value.
Conor received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Pingry School, a leading independent school in New Jersey. Conor has served on the New Jersey Technology Council's Venture Advisory Board and was recognized as Financier of the Year in 2007 by the NJTC.

Steve Jenks

Steve Jenks has 20 years of management and investing experience in private equity, most recently as Managing Partner of Capital Resource Partners ("CRP") where he worked for 15 years. At CRP, Steve established and led the firm's successful investment strategy in business services and software. Prior to joining CRP in 1993, Steve was an Associate with Norwest Venture Partners, where he sourced, analyzed, structured and managed private equity investments in business services, consumer services, healthcare and software industries. Steve was a founder and Director of Marketing for Concord Financial Group, a successful venture backed startup.

J. Peter Kleifgen
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, RMI

Pete Kleifgen serves as chairman and CEO of RMI, where he sets the company’s strategic direction. Prior to joining RMI, Pete was president and CEO of StatesRail, a short line railroad holding company, which was sold to RailAmerica, Inc. While at StatesRail, he built one of the most highly respected management teams in the short line industry. Before forming StatesRail, Pete had executive and/or operating responsibility for a variety of businesses controlled by the Murchison family of Dallas. One of those positions was as President and Chief Executive Officer of a short line railroad holding company, TNW Corporation. During this period, he served as a director of Kirby Corporation (NYSE: KEX), the largest inland tank barge carrier in the United States. Pete’s experience with Kirby's acquisition program has been an important influence in the development of other business concepts. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and attended postgraduate studies at Southern Methodist University and University of Pennsylvania.

David Weiss

David leads the company as CEO and President for Numara Software. David oversees the company's plans to develop and acquire new products and services and increase its international reach. During his tenure at Numara Software, the company has added eight integrated ITAM solutions to its line, expanded its global presence and achieved market recognition as the third largest market share leader in ITSM solutions globally. He has a wealth of industry and organizational leadership experience. Formerly the President of Blue Ocean Software, David led that company's development of Track-It! into the leading IT help desk and asset management product for small and medium-sized businesses, helping IT professionals at more than 45,000 customer sites track over 14 million assets worldwide. Prior to Blue Ocean, David was Vice President of Marketing at Citrix, where he helped lead the business from 60 employees and $15 million in revenue in 1995 to nearly 2000 employees and over $600 million in revenue in 2001. A graduate of Duke University, he holds bachelors' degrees in computer science and economics. He is also a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay and the Tampa Bay Technology Forum.
