About OrderMotion, Inc.
When OrderMotion first opened its doors in 1994, our goal was to build the most scalable, flexible and secure Web-based campaign analytics and order management platform possible for its growing base of eCommerce clients. Having accomplished this, OrderMotion realized its technology was tailor-made for an even wider Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) market called Direct Response Television (DRTV). In 2008, OrderMotion was a pioneer in the DRTV community by not only introducing a new technology, but an entirely new product category -- Campaign and Order Management. It wasn’t long before D2C marketers understood the value of our technology – finally, a pre-built platform that could handle the complexities and nuances of order management for consumer purchases across multiple channels, including: TV, Web, and radio. We called our platform OMX and have since created additional products to serve the unique needs of the D2C industry. MediaMotion, for example, is a product designed to track orders placed on TV from a phone number or URL through the entire order lifecycle, as well as source the order from the media buy, market, offer, agency or station that originated the purchase.

OrderMotion’s SaaS technology plugs seamlessly into the vendor network of fulfillment warehouses, call centers, customer service centers, Websites, payment processors and media agencies. Marketers get real-time data feeds that track consumer purchases from acquisition through retention, and we’re Certified as a PCI Level One Service Provider to ensure the security of all data. Because OrderMotion acts as a neutral data hub, marketers are freed from the drudgery of syncing multiple spreadsheet reports from multiple vendors. Through the years of experience with its valued ecommerce customers, we have become particularly adept at simplifying the ability to create, execute and measure highly complex offer structures that incorporate continuity (i.e. auto-shipments) and multi-pay options for both ecommerce and DRTV campaigns. There is virtually no combination of offers that our platform cannot handle -- that means multi-variant and A/B testing are hassle-free. And, if all that weren’t enough, OMX has its own Customer Relationship Management database (CRM) already built in, so marketers can create and send targeted, segmented customer emails directly from OMX.
